This is a simple yet effective way to workout throughout the day. Now you have no excuses, right? office-workout

Instructions:

Every time you leave your office you perform one of the following exercises. Once you do the last exercise, repeat until you leave for the day.

Office Workout Exercises:

25 push-ups 25 squats 25 sit-ups 10 pull-ups (if you have a door pull-up bar, otherwise skip)

Upgraded versions:

Whether you decide to use these tools or not, make no excuses to get in a little office workout throughout the day.

People may look at you funny but when you're feeling good, looking great in the mirror and can go home to relax you’ll be the last one laughing!
